Our translation department comprises two divisions having more than 50 highly qualified professional in-house translators specializing in various fields of technology. We carefully appoint the right specialist from our staff with the corresponding education for the specific patent translation. Further the translations are proofread by the patent attorneys with the most relevant experience and qualification. This allows us to offer our clients a combination of superior linguistic skills and quality control with a considerable experience in the wide range of technological fields and, thus, to minimize the possibility of any imperfections in patent translation.

Quality Control

After translation is completed it is scheduled by the Translation Coordinator for proofreading, made by another specialist in the area with consideration of the deadline for each translation. Additionally, all patent translations are proofread by the patent attorneys with the most relevant qualification.

Complaint Handling Process

As soon as the translation is proofread it is sent to the client for examination. When the feedback on translation with corrections is received from the client, our specialists being responsible for translation thoroughly analyze the offered amendments and provide well grounded comment on each correction. Meanwhile, in case the client’s correction is equally acceptable as compared to our translator’s version, it is the practice of our company to accept the client’s variant of translation. The corresponding amendments are then introduced throughout the text in order to maintain the unity of terminology.

Final Quality Assurance Check

After proofreading of the translation is completed the head of the corresponding translation division performs the final quality check before submitting the translation to the client.
